1. Match data processed on your device

To create your football analysis, Playprint uses precise location and timestamps, device motion and orientation, and the pitch, period, position, and goal information you enter. Raw match data and results are stored on your device.

2. How match data is used

This information is used to calculate distance and speed zones and to create positioning heatmaps, movement direction, position-based analysis, and movement replay.

3. Anonymous product events

Playprint sends anonymous product events to TelemetryDeck so we can understand and improve the main app flow. Events can include first open, recording and analysis outcomes, free-match count, paywall and purchase outcomes, and whether sharing features were used.

These events may include a random installation identifier, app version, iOS major version, and predefined categories. They do not include exact latitude or longitude, pitch names or addresses, exact match time or distance, raw routes, a position profile, AI questions, your name or contact details, or an advertising identifier. The analytics provider does not store IP addresses.

4. Sharing and external apps

Match cards, analysis files, or AI analysis content leave Playprint only when you choose to share them. Any further handling is governed by the privacy policy of the app you select.

5. Retention and deletion

Delete an individual match in Playprint to remove it from your device. Deleting the app removes the remaining Playprint data from that iPhone. Files already shared or exported must be deleted where you saved them.

Anonymous product events are used for active product analysis for no longer than 24 months. If the service or analytics account is closed, we ask the provider to delete the associated analytics data. You can contact us about deletion at the address below.

6. Permissions

Match recording requires Location and Motion access. You can change permissions in iOS Settings at any time, but turning off a required permission can limit recording or analysis.

7. Tracking, advertising, and children

Playprint does not track you across apps or websites and does not serve personalized advertising. It does not ask for your name, contact details, account information, or children's personal information.
