1. The service

Playprint uses iPhone or Apple Watch location, motion, and workout sensors to record personal football activity and provide analysis on iPhone.

2. Measurement limitations

Distance, speed, sprints, heatmaps, and movement direction are estimates derived from the selected iPhone or Apple Watch. Satellite conditions, device model, how it is worn or secured, nearby structures, weather, and short rapid movements can affect results.

3. Safe use

When recording with iPhone, secure it in a close-fitting running belt or protective pouch so it cannot fall out or strike another person. Wear Apple Watch correctly on your wrist or secure it against movement and loss when using a body band or GPS vest. Do not operate either screen during play. Check whether phones or wrist devices are permitted under the rules of your competition or venue.

4. Device damage and loss

You are responsible for checking your iPhone, Apple Watch, and mounting equipment and securing them safely before play. To the extent permitted by law, Slashy is not responsible for device damage, loss, or harm to another person caused by unsafe mounting, impact, a dropped device, a breach of venue rules, or another cause unrelated to a defect in the app. This limitation does not apply to loss caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Slashy.

5. Your data

Your match records and exported files belong to you. Back up anything you need before changing devices, deleting the app, or sharing files.

6. Prohibited use

• Using the app in breach of law or match rules
• Disrupting normal operation or attempting to bypass security
• Sharing data in a way that infringes another person's rights

7. Access, free trials and in-app purchases

New users need valid access to record new matches. Eligible monthly and annual subscribers receive a 14-day free trial, followed by automatic renewal at the price and billing period shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation. One trial is available per subscription group; no trial applies to Lifetime Pass. Check eligibility and price in Apple’s confirmation. Previously granted unused free matches remain available and are not consumed while paid access is active.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices and availability can vary by country or region.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access after cancellation follows Apple’s verified entitlement. Refund requests follow Apple's policies and processes; approval is not guaranteed. If a subscription expires or access ends, you can still view, edit, delete, export and share saved matches, import supported original files, and restore backups.

8. Changes and availability

We may update or change features to maintain quality and safety. Material changes are reflected on this page.
