TERMS
Terms of Use
The basic terms for using Playprint safely and understanding its results.
Effective 30 August 2026
1. The service
Playprint uses iPhone location and motion sensors to record personal football activity and provide movement analysis.
2. Measurement limitations
Distance, speed, sprints, heatmaps, and movement direction are estimates derived from iPhone sensor signals. Satellite conditions, how the device is secured, nearby structures, weather, and short rapid movements can affect results.
3. Safe use
Before playing, secure the iPhone in a close-fitting running belt or protective pouch so it cannot fall out or strike another person. Do not operate the screen during play. Check whether phones are permitted under the rules of your competition or venue.
4. Your data
Your match records and exported files belong to you. Back up anything you need before changing devices, deleting the app, or sharing files.
5. Prohibited use
- Using the app in breach of law or match rules
- Disrupting normal operation or attempting to bypass security
- Sharing data in a way that infringes another person's rights
6. Free matches and in-app purchases
All features are available for your first three eligible matches. A monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription, or a non-consumable lifetime pass, is required before recording a fourth new match. A failed analysis or a recording with less than five minutes of activity may not count as a free match.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices and availability can vary by country or region.
Refunds are handled under Apple's policies and processes. If a subscription expires or access ends, you can still view, edit, delete, and share matches already saved.
7. Changes and availability
We may update or change features to maintain quality and safety. Material changes are reflected on this page.
8. Governing law and contact
